Gainsborough Stingrays

Stingray Afternoon Practices are Monday-Thursday and start on May 11. These are the only Stingrays practices until school gets out on May 28.

6U 4:50-5:30pm

7/8 5:15-6:15pm

9/10 6:00-7:00pm

11&up 6:45-8:00pm 

After school is out (starting on May 29) we will have morning practices as well Monday-Friday.

Nemo/6U 8:00-8:30am

7/8 & 9/10 8:30-9:30am

11&up 9:30-10:30am

Nemos Practices

Start on Wednesday, May 27 and are Monday-Thurs 4:30-5:00pm or Monday-Friday 8:00-8:30am. 

There are NO Nemos afternoon practices on swim meet days (5/26, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/22) and the final Nemos swim meet will be either Tuesday 6/23 or Wednesday 6/24.
