Hi Stingrays!

We hope you are excited for our first away meet Tuesday, June 10 at Hampton Hall (1218 Warrenhall Lane, Brookhaven, GA 30319). Please be there at 4:30pm.

Meet theme this week is NEON

Some reminders:

- Events: Meet starts at 5:30pm. Hampton Hall is a 25 meter pool (vs. our 25 yard pool) so just a little bit longer. Please review events and try to mark up your child's arm prior to arrival. 

- Parking: The parking lot at Hampton Hall is VERY small. They are tucked away in a neighborhood so prepare for street parking and a bit of a walk. Please park on the right hand side of the street. If dropping off swimmers then parking, we recommend dropping off in the cul-de-sac at the entrance to the pool club. If you pull into the lot to drop off, it's very easy to get stuck as it's a one-way over the bridge and you may be unable to turn around.

- Team Area: Our team area is located under the pavilion-- next to the pool house and baby pool so we have some shade. You likely want to bring camp chairs, although it is a tight space. The Bullpen will be next to the diving area.

- Concessions: Hampton Hall will have a full concession stand available including dinner items and treats. They accept PayPal, Venmo, and cash. Please bring small bills if possible.

- Supervision: If you are leaving a swimmer at the pool without a parent/guardian for any reason (pickup of another child, illness, work etc), you must arrange with another adult (not coach) to be watching your child and you need to make sure your child knows who that adult is in case of emergency.

- Heat sheets: will be sent Monday night/Tuesday morning once the two teams are connected and finalized.
